Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the eligible product and submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Our technical team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the functional defect to verify the claim against our warranty standards.
- 3.Safe Packaging
Once approved, securely pack the device in its original brand box including all accessories like charging cables, straps, and the user manual.
- 4.Pickup and Refund
A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful warehouse inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
